Harmony

Graduated December 2014

Harmony came to Freedom Service Dogs by way of the Colorado Prison Trained K9 Companion Program. She was rescued from a very rough situation, but thankfully from the start it was obvious that she had something special to offer. Training with FSD trainer Bri, she spent over 8 months at the metro Denver campus, where she worked very hard. She is an enthusiastic yellow lab who absolutely loves doing any tasks that are asked of her. She helps her Dad, Paul, stand up from a seated position by tugging a rope to aide in that task and she will “post” up behind him to warn him of people approaching from the back. And let’s not forget retrieving anything and everything that he may drop, including his arm crutches. She is a bit of a class clown on occasion, but thankfully her Dad appreciates her goofy personality!
